How long before I see results?
Most people see improved hydration and smoothness within 2–4 weeks. Firmness, tone and fine lines take longer — our claims are based on 12 weeks of consistent use. If your skin has not visibly improved in 90 days, our guarantee refunds you in full.
How does the 90-day money-back guarantee work?
Use your routine as directed and scan your face on this site once every week for 90 days, without missing a week. If there is no visible improvement, email us and we refund the products in full. The unbroken weekly scan record is what qualifies you — full terms are on our guarantee page.
Why do I have to scan every week?
The weekly scan is how both of us can see what your skin is actually doing, rather than relying on memory. It also lets us honour the guarantee fairly, and it tells us when a routine needs adjusting before you waste three months on it.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the next business day with free tracked shipping. US delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch; Canada and Europe 5–10; rest of world 7–14.
Can I return something I have already opened?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund, opened or not. If a product irritated your skin, we refund immediately and do not ask you to send it back.
Is RE:ZEN suitable for sensitive or mature skin?
It is formulated for it. Our actives are chosen and dosed for tolerability on mature and reactive skin. Start with one active product, introduce it every other evening for two weeks, then build up.
Do you test on animals?
Never. No RE:ZEN formula or ingredient is tested on animals, and we do not sell in markets that require it.
Where are your products made?
Every formula is designed in Los Angeles and made in Guangzhou, in airless packaging that keeps actives stable from first pump to last.
What happens to my scan photo?
It is stored privately against your profile so you can compare progress week to week and so we can verify guarantee claims. We never publish it, sell it, or share it with advertisers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Is the skin scan medical advice?
No. It is a cosmetic reading of what is visible in your photograph — hydration, firmness, evenness of tone, texture and estimated skin age. It does not diagnose conditions. See a dermatologist about any mole, lesion or skin change that concerns you.
Can I use RE:ZEN alongside prescription retinoids?
Often yes, but check with the doctor who prescribed them first, and introduce our actives slowly. Note that routines used alongside prescription treatments that alter the skin fall outside the 90-day guarantee.
