Shipping policy
Free tracked shipping on every order. Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the next business day.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched the next business day from our Los Angeles facility. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PT, on weekends or on public holidays ship the following business day.
Delivery times
United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Canada and Europe: 5–10 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves us.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There are no minimum-order thresholds.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email Team@rezenlab.com with your order number and we will replace it at our cost.
