Returns & refunds
Bought on this website? You have 30 days to return it, opened or not. Bought from a shop or another retailer? Their returns policy applies, not ours.
This policy covers orders placed on this website only
Our 30-day returns and refunds apply solely to products bought directly from rezenlab.com, because we are the seller on those orders and we hold the payment. If you bought your RE:ZEN products in a pharmacy, a salon, a department store or from any other retailer or online marketplace, the sale was made by them. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under that store's own policy, within their own time limits — please take your receipt back to them. We cannot refund a purchase we did not take payment for. What you do get either way: register your products and the free 90-day results programme is yours in full, whether you bought here or in a store.
30-day returns
Return any product bought on this website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, even if you have opened and used it. We would rather you found the right routine than kept the wrong one.
How to return
Email Team@rezenlab.com with your RE:ZEN order number (it begins RZ-) and which products you are returning. Orders without one of our order numbers were not sold by us, so please contact the store you bought from instead. We reply with a return address within one business day. Return postage is paid by you, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving with us. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges directly. Return what did not suit you for a refund and place a new order — or write to us first and we will tell you honestly which formula fits your skin.
Reactions and sensitivity
If a product bought here irritated your skin, stop using it and tell us. We refund immediately, we do not ask you to send it back, and we log it so our formulation team can review the reaction.
