Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where a product is out of stock or a pricing error is obvious — and will refund you in full if we do.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and include no import duties or local taxes for international orders. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
Product claims
Our products are cosmetics. They are formulated to improve the appearance of skin and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary between individuals.
The AI skin scan
The scan is a cosmetic assessment generated from a photograph. It is provided free, as guidance only, and is not a medical diagnosis. Always consult a dermatologist about a mole, lesion, persistent rash or any skin change that concerns you.
Reviews you submit
By posting a review you confirm it reflects your own experience and you grant us permission to display it on this site. We remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent or not about the product — we do not remove reviews for being critical.
Liability
Our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
