We collect the minimum we need to sell you skincare and read your skin, and we never sell your data — including your scan photographs.
What we collect
Your name, email, shipping address and order history when you buy. Your email and photograph when you use the AI skin scan, plus the readings derived from it. Basic anonymous usage analytics about how this site is used.
Your scan photographs
Photographs you submit to the AI skin scan are stored privately against your profile so you can compare progress week to week and so we can verify guarantee claims. They are never published, never used in marketing without your written permission, and never shared with advertisers or data brokers.
Payment data
Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits.
How we use your email
To confirm and ship your order, to send your scan results, and — if you opt in — occasional emails about routines and new formulas. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — including your scan photographs. Write to Team@rezenlab.com and we act within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus anonymous analytics cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
